This policy explains how Natur subscriptions work and how you can cancel them. It works alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to Natur Yeast Reset, you receive repeat deliveries on the schedule you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You authorize Natur to automatically charge your payment method on file at the selected frequency, at the subscription price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable shipping and taxes. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel or change your subscription
- Cancel, skip, pause, or change your subscription anytime by logging into your account or by emailing hello@buynatur.com.
- To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.
- Once a subscription order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Refund Policy.
Price changes: Subscription pricing may change with at least 30 days' advance notice to your email on file. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Failed payments: If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to charge it again over the following days. If we are unable to process payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. Update your payment method anytime in your account.
Refunds: Subscription deliveries are covered by our Itch Free or It's Free 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the same terms as one-time orders, including the 60-day protocol use requirement and empty bottle proof of use. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.
