Natur Yeast Reset is a dietary supplement intended to support your dog's natural yeast defense. Natur is not a medication and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in any animal. Natur is intended for use in dogs only. It is not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Section 4 — Testimonials, Reviews, and Results

The testimonials, reviews, before-and-after photos, and case studies displayed on the Services reflect the real experiences of individual customers and their dogs. Results vary from dog to dog and are not guaranteed. What worked for one dog may not produce the same outcome for another. Many factors — including breed, age, weight, diet, environment, severity of condition, and consistency of use — affect the outcome of the Colony Collapse Protocol.

Section 7 — Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you sign up for a subscription product, you authorize Natur to automatically charge your payment method on file at the frequency selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) for the price disclosed at the time of signup, plus applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew and re-bill at the interval selected at signup until you cancel.
• You are responsible for cancelling your subscription at least 48 hours before the next scheduled ship date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
• Once a subscription order has shipped, it is treated as a new order subject to our Refund Policy.
• Subscription pricing may change with at least 30 days' advance notice sent to your email on file. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account on our website or by emailing hello@buynatur.com.

This subscription enrollment is offered in compliance with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and applicable state automatic-renewal laws.

Section 8 — Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

For complete shipping terms, transit times, carrier details, and international shipping information, see our Shipping Policy. The terms below address legal allocation of liability and risk of loss.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times displayed on the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or any event outside our direct control.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Natur is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Packages held at carrier collection points, post offices, or parcel lockers that are not collected within the carrier's retention window
• Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that the customer claims they did not receive
• Customs duties, taxes, or seizures on international orders
• Packages refused at delivery by the customer
• Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party reshippers

Section 9 — Electronic Communications and Marketing Consent

E-SIGN Consent. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, formulations, protocols, the "Colony Collapse Protocol" and "Itch Free or It's Free" trademarks, and the design, selection, and arrangement of all content, are owned by Natur, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 14 — Relationship with Shopify

Natur is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Natur. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Natur, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Natur.

Section 15 — Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback you submit; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation, free product, discount, or other incentives received in connection with your submission of Feedback in accordance with FTC requirements; (iii) any dog featured in the Feedback is your own dog or you have permission from the owner; and (iv) your Feedback will comply with these Terms.

We are under no obligation to: (1) maintain your Feedback in confidence; (2) pay compensation for your Feedback; or (3) respond to your Feedback.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, misleading regarding product results, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms.

You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, fabricate veterinary credentials, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin or authenticity of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

8. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity;
9. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm Natur, Shopify, or users of the Services, or expose them to liability;
10. To resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Natur products in violation of Section 5;
11. To abuse our Itch Free or It's Free Guarantee through fraudulent refund requests, false claims, chargeback fraud, or any conduct designed to obtain refunds without satisfying the conditions of the guarantee.

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website; or (f) use any automated system, including bots, to access the Services, create accounts, place orders, submit reviews, or interact with the Services in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account or refuse service at any time, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated any part of these Terms.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY NATUR IN OUR REFUND POLICY, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT NATUR YEAST RESET WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT, OUTCOME, OR HEALTH BENEFIT FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL DOG. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY.

Section 20 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL NATUR, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, VETERINARY BILLS, MEDICATION COSTS, LOSS OF COMPANIONSHIP, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED USING THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

NATUR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY ORDER MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE. CLAIMS FILED AFTER THIS PERIOD ARE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. Where such limitations are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Section 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natur, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (3) your access to and use of the Services; (4) your submission of Feedback; or (5) any claim that your dog suffered harm as a result of your failure to follow product directions or our recommendation to consult a veterinarian.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

Section 22 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and User-Generated Content, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, Governing Law, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Section 23 — Force Majeure

Natur will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of raw materials or labor, supplier failures, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of any such event.

Section 24 — Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Natur agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your purchase of any Natur product, our Itch Free or It's Free Guarantee, or any other interaction with Natur (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except as set forth below. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Exceptions to Arbitration. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver. You and Natur agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, mass arbitration, or any representative proceeding against Natur. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

If a court determines this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, then this entire Mandatory Arbitration section shall be void as to you, but the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Arbitration Procedure. Arbitration will be conducted under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Wyoming or, at your election, in your county of residence, or by telephone or video conference. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees, except where the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.

30-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of this Mandatory Arbitration provision by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to hello@buynatur.com within 30 days after your first purchase, including your full name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you do not opt out within this period, you will be bound by this arbitration agreement.

Survival. This Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver section will survive termination of these Terms.

Section 25 — Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except for disputes subject to arbitration under Section 24, you and Natur consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Wyoming for any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

Section 26 — Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 27 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Natur, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 28 — Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. Natur may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

Section 29 — Notice

Any notice required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing. Notices to you may be provided by email to the address on file or by posting on the Services. Notices to Natur must be sent by email to hello@buynatur.com. Notices are effective upon delivery.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Services. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
